Here's a soap update for the end of last week and today...sorry about not posting on Friday. I had a midterm and homework due, AND I was up in San Francisco spending time with my boyfriend and his family. On with the update...please note: Spoilers and rumors may be discussed at random.

Regarding Passions...

Foxay and their nice little romp in the attic was fabulous from what I've read. I didn't get to see the show, but from what I've read it was hot. I think it's darling that Endora absolutely adores them together. Thank goodness...they might actually be the first couple to see some semblance of happiness for months and years at a time since Sheridan and Luis, and even then. I think if there was an alliance between Ivy and Tabitha brewing, THEN they would be in a little trouble. Otherwise, I think it'll be smooth sailing....unless Sam throws a bitch-fit about Fox being unsuitable because he's a Crane. I love these two together...it's refreshing to see sweet and real as opposed to sappy, overdone, and psychos trying to break apart the people that are meant to be together (PsychoBeth, Gwacko, and Hobecks) in particular.

The sentimental goodbye between Theresa and Whitney was really tender and well performed. Theresa's right...running away is NOT going to solve your problems Whit. A convent cannot, and I repeat, CANNOT erase the fact that you're still in love with Chad and that he is the father of your child. Speaking of Chad, ewwww...gross....perverted....sick fuck. There aren't any words. I feel bad for TC and Eve...yes, they both have made mistakes, but both of their kids are severely fucked up. As for Simone's stand that she took against her family, it was quite awesome. They DID deserve to hear how she felt, and she's right. Everything is always about Whitney. I just wonder how they're going to take the new Simone/Rae storyline.

I loved seeing Hobecks freaking out today when she knew that Ethan and Julian didn't buy her story. HA HA HA HA HA. I can't wait till they expose your trashy butt, and then...THEN your daughter will be exposed, and then Ethan will break up with Gwacko and go back to Theresa, his true love. However, while I've always wanted them to be together, the more and more Ethan takes Gwen's side and is so wishy-washy with his feelings, the more I can't stand it. A Theresa pairing with another character that's not Fox or Ethan would be good, and Alistair is NOT something that falls into that category. No, Theresa is not innocent for some of her actions, but you've always known what her intentions are: to get Ethan back, Little Ethan, and her little daughter Jane...not to mention protect her family. She may not be the most noble character, but she will do anything for the people that she loves and cares for.

Foah, oy vey...not really liking the whole bar and pool storyline. LAME in my book. It'll be a hoot seeing Fancy "try" to do dishes this week. HA. As much as I do like Ivy, she really needs to stop being such a bitch to Fancy, and back the heck off of Kay. Sheesh...and the Jessica transformation?? So totally weird...I can already see her being sucked back in by Spike, which I hear is probably on the spoiler list for the week.

I've heard through the grapevine an interesting thought: Considering that Ethan is supposed to be such a wonderful lawyer, and is supposed to have a sixth sense when people are lying and keeping secrets, he certainly has ZERO ability to read his own tramp of a wife. I agree with Theresa, he is going to soon realize that his "honest, not deceptive wifey" isn't as pure as he thinks. Given that, regardless of the difference between a corporate and a criminal lawyer, I somehow get the impression that Eve is in serious shit. I wonder if they've even considered having people that know Eve that can attest to the good individual that she is. I can't stand Grace, but in this case, it would be REALLY good to get testimony from her, for example. However, this is Reilly and he wouldn't be so wise.
